Shipping & Return Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING There will be a $5 flat rate for US Customers. After placing your order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We are offering International shipping and shipping costs can be found at checkout. After placing your order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Please note there may be potential customs processing times that may delay your delivery. We have no control of customs processing times. Customs fees may apply to some international orders. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly. If a package is returned to Batiest Beauty, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Batiest Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed.
